I was a little nervous coming in after reading the reviews but I have to say I'm surprised - my experience here was really positive. I brought my car in for an inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. Scott was my service advisor and I will likely request him in the future. He was honest with me about what was needed and what wasn't necessary. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because I was quoted an hour and 15 minute wait but ended up being there for a little over two hours.

Came in to buy a new car. My first time in I worked with Cassandra and Jose. Both were nice to work with. I came back to purchase the car a few days later. When I was first in, I noted a bit of a funny sound when closing the door. I was assured this could be checked. When I picked up the car the door still sounded funny - understanding, as the first trip and second trip communication may not have translated. I again mentioned it and was told I would be contacted soon to make an appointment that Thursday. I did not hear back, so left a message the following day to see when i could bring it in. No call back. The next week I called the sales manager - still no calls back. It's been two weeks with no communication after I was promised follow up about an issue with a car I purchased at this dealership. At that point I drove in in person to check in about the situation. I met with Luis, a very kind responsive salesman (work with him if you do come!) They brought my car in to the service center, so on that front, after two voicemails and an in person visit I finally had the issue evaluated. I have requested to check in with the sales manager I've worked with since the beginning. It has now been over two hours and he has still not stopped over, despite my request. Still waiting! In short, there are some kind people here but kindness does not necessarily mean follow through or business ethics. I strongly recommend seeking out other Toyota dealerships if interested in a purchase. I do not trust to do business with them again. Very disappointed.

Beware and take your business elsewhere, or be deceived and your sense of human decency violated. A year ago I had a decent experience with this place. Came back early this year to bring my business to them again. Helped my friend to buy a new car from this dealership. Barely a month later my friend needed the money and wanted to sell the car, understanding that the dealership would take a cut of the price. The car was barely driven, less than 300 miles on, impeccable condition, garaged. The salesperson we dealt with was Cassandra. The dealership, in its sleazebaggish blatant drive to reap off the recent customer and unreal drive, offered less for this few weeks old car than you could get for a year-old car, using Blue Book quotes. These are the people who make the proverbial used car salesmen look good by comparison. Shame, integrity, decency are all shell words for the staff of this dealership. The same day my friend received significantly more money for that car at a different dealership. Beware of the lying, greedy culture that permeates this dealership. They wanted to take every advantage of a less than assertive woman. If this is how they treat their repeat customers, imagine how they treat new, especially women and elderly, customers.Take your business elsewhere, you will be treated better and you will do better.

Steer clear of this dealership. I dealt with Cassandra Peters, it started OK. But then... They are not content with earning your trust and a reasonable margin. They pursuit profit at all costs - they lie, bait & switch, misrepresent. They quoted me one set of number only to "forget" them and try to squeeze much more. They are shameless in their naked greed. If you are a woman - they will see you as an easy target to make you part with more money than is ever warranted. It's not just the salespeople. Finance and management fosters such culture.

Bought my car here, over a year ago, Great experience with Cassandra P. But today I went in for service, service was great until the end... My car was washed after service but when I received it the passenger seat was soaked, (like the window was down while being washed), and I did not get the car report card of what service was performed. Even Prime Toyota of Boston gives you that, I saw it when paying out, but it was not given to me, ever think I wanted to it keep for my records? Guess not...
