Welcome to the official Facebook site of the USA MEDDAC Fort Knox and Ireland Army Health Clinic! Our clinic offers family medicine and pediatrics as well as various specialty clinics. And, we offer and Acute Care Clinic. It's open M-F from 8am-8pm, and Sat-Sun 8 a.m-6 p.m., and closed federal holidays.

If you need immediate medical care don’t bother. You can stand there bleeding and they’ll tell you to make an appointment and come back later...oh and be sure to clean that blood up off the floor on your way out the door. It’s a shell of what used to be a decent functioning hospital and is poor excuse for a clinic.

I have never seen a hospital make so many clerical errors in my life. You have to double check everything from them helping you with tricare, referrals,hospital records, everything was incorrect. I have been waiting over a month to get my information corrected which was an error made by patient services which they acknowledge but for some reason cannot fix. Very Frustrating, especially when you need a referral. They were not empathetic to our situation or even apologize,which should have happened since it is their clerical errors delaying everything.

What they have is nice, and the people are really helpful.  But they no longer have obstetrics/maternity ward or emergency services.  That's disappointing.

Worst army clinic that I ever been to
They never have appointments according to them, but when you go it’s empty

My daughter, an Active Duty Soldier, suffered a pretty bad cut to her hand.  NO ONE at Ireland Army band aid station could sew her up.
