I was SO appreciative that the manager was willing to open a bit early, since I had mistaken the time the office would open!!!  We thought we were going to have to sit there and wait 2 hours!!!  Thank you Mgr.!

For many years i've stored my things here and every year i get the same letter about "modest rate increases"  (i did the math and it's been 8% each year) so they can "improve the place" but nothing changes. When i started storing my things there they were the cheapest in town, not anymore.

Once my current paid rent is used up, i am out of there. My rent has gone up $29 in 2 years, from 175 to 189 to 204. I can't find my receipts for anything older than that so i can't say how much those increases were.

Edited: my first post had inaccurate math so i have started over.

They have increased rent gradually over time with no warning. It’s almost to 100% increase which is fraudulent. Better Business Bureau will be informed. Dishonest money monger is behind this. Bad business does not belong in Camas, Wa..

Great location and the manager Lisa is wonderful.  Stored their for the last 3 years and never a problem. They really work at keeping the place clean and have always responded quickly to any concerns.  I recommend them to anyone in the area.
