I’ve been to this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed it. However on a Friday evening, two of us We’re treated by the hostess with disdain when we inquired about table space on the second floor.   The hostess explained that she has no idea what goes on upstairs. Really? I asked you have no idea and no control over the space upstairs? She replied I really don’t. But you’re welcome to go up there. I was a little surprised and pointed to her computer that showed table space and asked that device you use does not include  The space upstairs in computing guest space? She again replied with disdain that she has no idea what goes on upstairs. We decided to go upstairs to check it out since she didn’t seem to care about anything upstairs and we had had dining in that area before. We encountered space but a waitress Explained that we had to make the reservation downstairs. Really? We explained to the waitress that the hostess downstairs quoted us in no uncertain terms that she didn’t care what happened upstairs. So the waitress came downstairs to resolve the situation. At that point the entire atmosphere had soured and we were obviously causing a kerfuffle So we left. The staff protested quite a bit but my mind was made up as the hostess who had treated us with such disdain stayed out of the discussion completely And seemed to wish us gone Obviously that hostess wanted to control her a little kingdom. We will not be returning to this restaurant which is a shame because we were ready to sit down to several glasses of beer and a full dinner.

Fantastic brew pub. The food is awesome and so is the beer. The smell of spent grains permeates the air, which makes this place even more special.

When it's slow, they cook their burgers perfectly. When it's busy, they really have trouble getting temps right. We all ordered medium rare burgers, and no pink to be found inside any of them. It's a shame because the menu is really good. Chefs need to step up their game in my opinion.

The service is great. The staff is really helpful and the food is great. It's a very comfortable place to be.
