I have been a loyal Iron Hill customer for years.  The Iron Hill in Media runs as hot and cold as any restaurant I've ever gone.  The only constant is the beer, Great!  The food is hit or miss and the service is either incredible or horrible.  The manager is always extremely accommodating but I would prefer not to speak to the manager with a problem.

First I was given a menu that DIDN'T have a menu inside so I looked at the drink & appetizer menu. Just ordered appetizers and it had Happy Hour prices so I thought great! I get the bill and didn't get the appetizer prices because I didn't sit at the bar... so then why give your customers the Happy Hour specials?

I have been a King of the Hill member on and off, really nice mugs. The beers are always great, food tends to be better than average, service is highly variable. It can get crowded so lately I have been getting the Two pizza and growler take out, which is happiness.

Great micro brewery with fresh made from scratch food. Very accommodating and generally good service. Cheesesteak egg rolls are fantastic as well as the voodoo BBQ sauce. They also mark vegetarian items on the menu and have a themed may burger month with a different burger every day! They also offer a rewards program that's actually decent.
