Truly a high end experience that did not disappoint. The menu was personalized for our special occasion, there was a fantastic selection of drinks and food. Our party of 6 had everything from pork belly and fried oysters to root salad, seeded and grilled sheepshead to large cuts of various farm animals prepared in ways I cannot do justice in describing. Desert was no exception. Everybody enjoyed their meal and the atmosphere. Highest recommendation.

We showed up around 645 with no reservations on a Friday night. The hostesses and manager were awesome and asked some folks at the bar to shuffle around so we could grab two seats. The escargot appetizer was fantastic, as was our first round of drinks. Definitely try the smoked old fashioned for an interesting process and delicious drink. Wife had the pork tenderloin and I had the veal - both delightful. Second round of drinks matched the first. Dessert was the Nutella pie which we eagerly devoured. We were fortunate to have great dinner company on both sides, and the bartender was attentive all night. Glad we stumbled on to this place, and lucky to get in on a Friday night.

The New Year Eve dinner tonight was phenomenal!! The best dinner I've had anywhere outside a major metro city. Chef Alex and his staff did a wonderful job with the food and drink pairings.

First time visit to Iron and we are very pleased with the entire experience. Patrick was our waiter and was nothing less than fantastic working with us as first time visitors. Will definitely make a return visit. And the food is to die for period, get the escargot, you will not be dissapppinted!

What took us so long? This is my new favorite restaurant! Fantastic everything, from crafted cocktails, superior wine list, creative entrees, divine desserts, and truffles as lagniappe while you pay your check. I let Patrick (the server, not my other half) tell me what to order, from beginning to end - I never do that, never - and I am going to request him every time. Everything was plated beautifully, and tasted even better than it looked. Very different from anything else we have in Pensacola. Just incredible. We ate every bite - I never do that, either. I could have used a straw for the remains of the tilefish dish that was my entree. Intimate space, we loved the counter seating and will request that again if there are only two of us like this time. Watching the prepping, plating, cooking was so fun, and the chef is obviously perfectionist as he checks every dish before it's presented to the customer. Maybe that happens at some other places, but here we get to see it. SO FUN!
