Absolutely delicious breakfast. Service was amazing as well. We had the mixed berry Roosetart, the bloody Mary, chili omelet and a jar of bacon. If it wasn't so far I'd come back as much as I could! The Bloody was super spicy and flavorful. The omelet was perfectly seasoned and the sweet and hot sauce on the side was also great. Highly highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing! Their food is great , and they don’t crack under pressure when they’re busy. Kelly was our waitress this time and she was incredible. She was Very attentive, quick and helpful! Marco has helped us before and he’s great as well. Not as busy during the week, so I would say try to call ahead on the weekend to check the wait time. My new fave breakfast spot
Have only been here twice and the first time was right after the place opened. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything we ordered was delicious and cooked perfectly. The service was great too. The lunch selections are limited but there’s a lot of good breakfast items. The cocktail menu has enough variety that it’s hard to choose. I like that the sparking wine is inexpensive enough to get the bottle- OJ on the side, please!
Breakfast was okay. The steak was not seasoned. Very dry, no onions or peppers nothing. The breakfast platter was plenty of food but the eggs were liquid and they threw a slice of cheese on top. I should have asked for shell eggs! The waffle I requested blue berries but they were out! Very disappointed, the turkey bacon I asked to be well done but it was not and I didn’t like how the whipped cream bowl was placed on top of my food. It literally sat on top of the bacon. The best item of them all was the waffle! Surprisingly everything else was not really that good, but that waffle with the whipped cream was so good. The syrup container had so much dried up syrup and tissue outside of it. That was gross, very unsanitary as a nurse I know thousands of ppl touch these bottles a day. The silverware were nasty and I requested plastic! Total bill was $45.00 for two excluding a tip
Wonderful experience. This was my first time at this location and my mother-in-law's first time. The bacon was delicious as was the chicken. I cannot remember the name of the waitress but she was absolutely wonderful. Features: The staff were wearing masks and we weren't seated right on other people
I got the chicken and waffles with a side of French fries. My 2nd time at Iron Rooster but my first time at this location. The gravy was sooo good! I like that we got free bacon from liking their social media. There was No powdered sugar on our waffles and the chicken was more like chicken strips instead of a breast or thigh as other restaurants usually do with chicken and waffles. Our waitress was nice but we spent a good amount of time waiting before we were assigned a server. Overall it was just okay. I wish I had ordered something different like a dessert or the Nutella and banana pancakes ; I felt a little cheated since we only got 3 pieces of the waffle when usually a whole waffle would be 4 pieces I would think right? Be wary of that when ordering the chicken and waffles. The fries were perfection and the bacon was really good too. Anywho, I would recommend the Locust Point location more.
Food was delicious. It was a long wait, but maybe that's a good sign. Their homemade poptarts must be had. Definitely will visit again.Food: 5/5
We dined at this location on two seperate Sunday afternoons. January 15, 2023 and then came back two weeks later to give it a second chance. The food was fantastic during visit #1, but the service was not. Our waitress was slow and barely came to check on us. The food made up for the bad service, so we thought maybe it was an off day and thought we'd come back. Visit #2 was worse. Waitress was just a tad more efficient, but still slow. The crab dip didn't taste the same this time around. The tortilla chips were cold and had no old bay on them this time. I then found hair on the tortilla chips. My son's food came out cold and hard, as if it had been sitting. I returned the crab dip and my son's food. Son's food came out better the next time, and then our food arrived, but we had no silverware or napkins. At that point we called a manager over. The manager got us silverware. She was a lovely woman with dreadlocks. She really did her best to turn the experience around for us. I just think I was over it at that point. No fault of hers. I also don't know what's up with the sweet tea at this place but it's inedible honestly. The recipe needs some adjustments. We ended up not paying. The experience was just bad. I really want to love IR because the food is actually very good, but I think we'll just make the trip to another location. I'm done with Hunt Valley. Pictured below is the double crunch oreo French toast from visit #1. So delicious! Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly with good portions Parking: Lots of parking space
Excellent great service attentive to needs managers jump in, teamwork. The wait was a little long but they acknowledged and compensated for it. Asked to change seat it was no problem. Food is awesome. Pictured crabby eggs Benedict, crabby hash, Belgian waffle Hot Crab dip mimosas got the to go bacon. Also a pop tart it was all very good if have also been to Annapolis excellent as well
Not bad ,service was not the best , roughly 30 min to get food once ordered food was cold for one of my friends, my order had gravy on top , thankfully they fixed it quick , server came 4 times. 1. to give menu take drink orders, 2. Drop drinks take food order, …. 3. Drop check “no rush they said” 4. Pick up card . Maybe an off day maybe not first watch has similar food service is better
