Don't  let the reviews fool you. The rent is cheap alright, but there are a lot of unhappy  people with the management. I have a tree that  is the main reason I came here. They want $400 a year to trim the tree after raising the rent $25 a month. Now the story is the tree is dead and they have to cut it down. Nothing but lies. Cut down a tree because of a contract with a local tree trimmer.
