WATCH OUT!!! We gave this guy a $15K deposit for a sewer job. After 6 months it fell through and we weren't going to have the job done. In the meantime we had his buddy remove a lot of trees. He charged $7000 for the job. When we asked Irving for our deposit back he kept $8100...all for work that should have been done by his tree removal buddy. He was double dipping, so we ended up paying Irving for tree work more than we paid the tree guy. We have retained a Boston attorney and are going after him. He is also not licensed or registered with the MA contractors board and have reported him there and the Attorney General's office! also contacting all the local town halls that he is affiliated with!!
