I love Irving's so much. It's my 'treat yo self' place.
The good is always excellent: the bagels and produce fresh-tasting and satisfying. You've gotta make sure to go when they're not busy, otherwise you might be waiting a while. I mean, with the location and food quality, no WONDER they're popular. I always feel like it's worth the wait. And, hey, drinks are usually done before food so you can drink a smoothie while you wait! My fave is the Strawberry lemonade. Sweet, bruh.
Also, to my delight, they allow dogs! My dog doesn't bark and is very well behaved but I'm always nervous bringing him into any business as he is a little on the larger side. Irving's assured me, however, that dogs were welcome and I should feel free to take my time! It's such a relief not to have to eat outside or leave him tied to a bench.
Irving's gets a 10/10 by my count! Great for brunch and hanging out.

Amazing for grabbing something real quick or even staying in and have coffee with bagels! It has various options to choose from and most of them were pretty good. My favorite thing is the cup size for the iced drinks it will satisfy you for sure!! + this huge cup is cheaper than regular sizes in other shops!

Love, love, love this place. Go there once a week. I'm a vegan and they have a bunch here for me, which is really nice. The bagels and smoothies are my personal favorites!

Slightly costly but very good staff and innovative tasty food. Order anything on the menu and it'll be good, you won't regret it!

Usually enjoy this place but we just waited 20 minutes for two bacon egg and cheeses that came out extremely poor quality. They need to staff their place better, I wouldn't recommend if looking for something quick.
