I would like to take this opportunity to thank the folks at Issacs Designs.  My first email was answered immediately.  Sussy helped me place my first order after many emails.  Then I received an email from the owner offering discounts due to doing Rescue.  We are hoping to raise much needed funds for vetting on our pups.  I truly feel Sussy went above and beyond to help me understand the process with patience. I am happy I found this company and look forward to doing business with them.

Trisha, On behalf of our company , I would like to apologize for your unhappy experience you  had with our team. We deeply regret the way you claimed  you was treated here. Please advise when did you visit us , because I usually schedule interview and meet with all new customers and do not remember you .I have been here for 7 year and many more to come. I AM A SMALL BUSINESS THAT USED TO ORDER FROM ISAAC'S BUT I DONT DO ENOUGH BUSINESS FOR THEM, SO THEY WOULDNT TAKE MY SMALL ORDERS ANYMORE. I LOVED THEIR PRODUCT, SO I DONT DO THIS BUSINESS ANYMORE BECAUSE I HAVE NO ONE TO ORDER FROM. SAD!

Isaac doesn’t know how to talk to People especially his employees, he yells at and humiliates warehouse workers and is very disorganized himself so he confuses employees of tasks and then puts the blame on them. He talks to a good amount of customers the same way as well. He doesn’t retain employees due to his disrespectful treatment of grown people. If you are a customer here I’d highly advise to get a quote and shop around you may find better deal elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Isaac's for 5 years now, and I have to say that I have never experienced any problems, the workers are always there to help with any questions that I have, my orders are shipped quickly and arrive in perfect order. All employee's that I have dealt with are always nice, and super friendly. I have ordered every week and never had a problem. Believe me when I say they all go way over the top to help with anything that I need. I have several designs made and they have been perfect, and in a timely manner. I have the most respect for a company that runs as smooth as this company. I give 5 stars to this company and I encourage anyone that is in this business to order from them you will never be disappointed. Thank you to Isaac and his staff for a wonderful experience, as always!
