Reviews
Lived at one of her properties for 6 years. She is doing everything in her power to make sure i get no security deposit back. Isnt answering my email or phone calls. She allowed her secretary to disrespect me over a situation where i was making sure one of her maintenance guys was ok to be in my house when i wasnt there. Dont rent from this company. I suggest going elsewhere.

I had spoken with Sandy Isabell in regards to a rental that i was interested in. She immediately asked about myself and i had shared some info with her. She very rudely said to me "you probably cant afford it", passing judgement after i had sorted out my budget and decided that it had suited what i was looking for. She requested that i send her an email with more information, which i had followed up on, and she had never gotten back to me. I am an excellent tenent of previous and current homes always paying rent on time with a beacon score of 740 so unfortunately karma will most likely stick her with a tenant that deals drugs from the apartment and cannot pay rent on time. Very unfortunate.

I signed a lease for my rental through this company. I found them to be unprofessional and unorganized. Also, turns out that there were certain changes to the lease documents made after I signed and was given a copy.
