Know the prices before going! My 12 yr old daughter's dry haircut was $30  same as mine, and the cut I got was not at all what I wanted. I don't get it, there were no products used on my daughter's hair, so why was the haircut so damn expensive? We'll stick to great clips from now on.

I paid for a mani (gel nail polish) and a pedicure. The polish was not applied well and when I spoke with them they made me feel as if I was just someone on the street who needed their nails. I was charged to fix their negligence. The nail tech broke my cuticle duri ng the manicure and two weeks later I have a huge blister. They were more interested in customer conversation and their cell phones than me as a customer. I won't return.

The place looks nice but the girl spent 2 hours doing my lashes and they looked horrible! Clumpy like mascara not natural looking at all! I called and spoke to the manager and she was very rude. I will be taking this to the BBB.

Had a gift card so I thought I would try it out. Never again. Lady there I'm assuming was the boss was SO RUDE!! While paying for my pedi another staff member began yelling at the girl taking my money to hurry up, bc customers are waiting!! Um, what am i?? As my nails are drying I look up and there's a sign saying customer satisfaction is first priority...obviously not.

Had to wait 45 minutes before the lady showed up to start my pedicure even though I had an appointment. Very disappointing.
