They rent almost anything you need. The staff are very helpful about what you need to get your job done right. Prices reasonable. Return policies are reasonable.

If it was an option I would give NO stars! I called last week to reserve the obstacle course, tables, and a port a potty. I was told that the ONE person that deals with the rentals was on vacation! Aren't you a rental place? You have one person that takes reservations!? Anyway, so I was told that they would hold those items for me and that the ONE person that deals with reservations would call me on Monday. Ok, great, no problem! Well she didn't call back until Tuesday afternoon, we get everything all reserved and booked. Yay! Then 30 minutes later she calls me back and says that there is no way I can have the obstacle course for the day I just reserved it for because she booked it out that morning for the day after I need it and they want to pick it up the day I needed it for. I wonder, if she had called me back when she was supposed to would I have gotten the obstacle course that I supposedly put on hold the week before!? Then when taking the reservation she never even asked for the delivery address for any of it...wonder where it would have been delivered to? What a joke! P.S. I have now cancelled my entire order since I was able to find a port a potty cheaper somewhere else!

I was planning a suprise party for my wife. I went in to isanti rental talked with Traci she gave me pricing and I left. I called the following week again talked to Traci I told her I was the guy planning a suprise party for my wife and I want to set up my reservation for tables and chairs. The following week I get a reservation conformation in the mail that my wife opens. Wow great service let's make sure to send that conformation so he remembers the surprise party for his wife. I guess she didnt thing my wife would open my mail. Weird house hold she must live in. I have been planning this party for almost 2 years. Well I guess better luck next time my wife turns 30. Wait I think that only happens once. I had so much planning that went in to this and for NOTHING NOW THANK YOU TRACI I really needed that conformation.
