Islamic Society of Pinellas County (ISPC), otherwise called Masjid Ebad Alrahman, is a non-profit organization that represents and serves Muslims in central Pinellas County and neighboring areas. It was founded in 1992 by a group of nine dedicated individuals.

Mission

The founders of the ISPC desired the establishment of a local Muslim community that would be self-sufficient and would uphold the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah. The ISPC strives to provide for the Islamic, social, cultural, and educational needs of its community.

Nice mosque to pray and people are friendly 
Not a luxury one, especially parking lot isn’t all paved but I’m thankful for having a mosque to pray.

I got a great idea of how Muslims prayed at this mosque. The muslims were considerate and gentle with my new coming and there were familiar faces from The Tampa Bay Area. Islam has a beautiful spirit like the Christianity spirit and I would recommend this mosque like the others in Tampa Bay, if your looking to explore the religion of Islam.

I found the people are very friendly and helpful. Being female there wasn't really a place to securely place your shoes like a locked locker. and the prayer side is small. the carpets where pretty but bring a prayer rug if you like. food was excellent during Ramadan and the woman where very pleasant to speak with. Not many spoke English well but it was a very inviting place.

Called to ask about Sunday school for my child , new to area... no call back and its been weeks. Just wish inshaallah to find a welcoming masjid for us.
