The workers hog up the machines and folding tables for drop off service. Not a very friendly place. Prices are extremely high compared to other nice laundromats. Clothes do not dry within the average drying time, you have to add more quarters to have your clothes really dry. Very pricey. Nowhere to fold clothes at all. Too small.

Rude owners. Machines look fine, but the card readers are constantly broken. The owners changed the setting on our machine from cold to warm, entirely without us asking to, which ended up ruining a few articles of clothing. Then they took our clothing out of the machines, and wouldn't even let us check for socks (all the while, there were plenty of unused machines!). Worst laundry place I've ever been to in BK, and that's certainly saying something.

I do my laundry here all the time. The place is nice and clean ... well maintained. There are no coin operated machines that's a thing of the past they provide updated card operated machines instead. I also forgot to mention there is drop off service for those who are pressed for time and they also have Wi-Fi and a restroom for customers.

If you don't enjoy being served by liars then don't come here. I tried to get a new card and put $5 dollars into the machine. Low and behold, the machine produced a card but without any money on it.  One of the women working there saw me insert $5 (she stood behind me in fact) but they insisted that I put nothing in the machine, pathetically pointing to the broken screen and stumbling over their words because they knew that their machine is messed up. I was shocked. Never have I seen two grown women lie like that. I felt embarrassed for them and pissed off because I don't like wasting money. Everyone is trying to stay afloat in this city and each dollar counts. I get that running a business is tough and the hours are long but you don't cheat or lie to customers. That's just shameful and sad. I wouldn't recommend going here. They scammed two other women who were doing their washing too and forget to process the order of another man. I've never seen such incompetence in my life. Disgraceful.
