Best run office I have ever experienced. Imagine having an appointment at 3 PM and actually being seen at 3 PM! Don't even bother picking up a magazine in the waiting room. I wish all doctor offices could be this efficent

I really liked the dentist, Dr. Blum. But was shocked when I went for a cleaning with the dental hygienist. She started cleaning my teeth, and 20 minutes into it, other staff from the office started hassling her to finish. She stopped after precisely 30 minutes, saying she didn't have time to finish because she couldn't keep the next patient waiting. She offered to complete the cleaning for an additional office visit charge. I have never in my life heard of such a thing that a dental office can't finish a cleaning because of time. She would've been done in 5 to 10 minutes, but I was whisked out of the chair because of the next patient. While I appreciate their timeliness, as a patient, I would prefer that they finish the work they start and keep me waiting 10 minutes than charge me twice for the same thing they didn't complete, and see me on time. I am really disappointed. Thought I had found a great dentist and now I will not return.
