Went in today for my first visit and everyone was so nice! Very professional and would definitely recommend them to friends.

Terrible! Completely incorrect prescription, told me they were in network and they weren't so I got a huge bill after this. I was early for my appointment and waited over an hour after my scheduled time to be seen. They cancelled two follow up appointments I had to make to try to get the prescription corrected. So I ended up a few hundred in the hole with nothing to show, 3 missed days of work, and an expensive pair of glasses I can't use. Here I am a year later and an employee was nice enough to schedule me a month ago to finally get rechecked for them to fix their mistake...guess what, they didn't have me down for an appointment, wanted to charge me again, and took me to a back room to grill me as to why it took me so long to pay the first time.... um, maybe because I have yet to get the service you charged me for. I've worked in the Medical field for 10 years & I've owned a buisness for 7. This is an absolute disgrace and teaders on gross negligence. Don't get taken for a loop like I did, there are great optometrists on the island, just not at this place. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Dr. Johnson was great with my mom - he explained what was being done and was very good about answering her questions regarding her sight. The staff was helpful and friendly.
