Well managed, clean, and a great location.

I rented my apartment long distance over the phone before I ever saw it, so I was thrilled to find that it was even better than I hoped. The manager and staff were always helpful and attentive, the grounds were beautifully landscaped and the location was just perfect for me because it was within walking distance of the ferry and on the bus line when the weather was messy.

My only complaint would be that the walls were thin. I'd advise trying to get one of the top apartments on the end if possible and you'll limit the noise from the neighbors.

I spent a great year here and I really miss it!
