I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews either. Brought my Mom here to seek relief for back pain, called on a Saturday, got a Monday appt, try doing that somewhere else. Now, remember, it does say walk ins welcome, so don't expect to be seen in 10 minutes. The girls are very nice and helpful, the waiting room is huge and clean, as well as the examination rooms and bathroom. Dr. Silverman saw my Mom and was really very helpful in putting her mind at ease, and offering different treatment options, as well as physical therapy. It also wasn't a hit and run kind of thing, he took his time and listened to her probably 20-25 minutes, and seemed genuinely concerned. Kudos to the staff of Island Musculoskeletal for a job well done.

This place is awesome....I seriously don't know what the bad reviews are about. I tore my rotary cuff & they took me the next day. Normal waiting time & the staff was very nice & professional. This is my 2nd experience with them so far. I'll keep you up dated.

I don't understand the bad reviews ... To me everything was good, the receptionist, Doctor ... was excellent. I'm sure could be better but I think it does not deserve so bad reviews ... anyway for me worked perfect, and the MRI exam I took there was a normal experience ... I am not an engineer to evaluate if the machine is a old/bad or good MRI .... in conclusion, everything was good :)

My appointment was at 3:45 I came in 1hr early because I was in the area and I am still waiting now at 4:30. I spoke with the attendent at the desk and she told me they've been focusing on workers comp patients. So basically only come in if your on workers comp because otherwise your taken as a second rate patient and the staff will completely ignore the fact that you have been waiting 3 times as long as other people.
