As a long time "dental wimp" I have never been happy visiting the office of a DDS for even routine check-ups and cleanings, as I am exceedingly sensitive to mouth pain. Imagine how I felt when my regular dentist found that the oral discomfort I was experiencing was due to a fractured tooth that needed to be extracted! I was referred to the office of Dr. Joseph Como and from the very first instant in his office I was treated with exceptional care and personal attention. The procedure itself was completed with such extreme professionalism and attention to detail that I now look back on it as a "non-event"! I experienced no discomfort or pain at all during the procedure itself and the recuperation went so smoothly that I was back the very next day carrying on with my life. Of course, hopefully I'll never again have need for his services, but if I do it will be with the utmost confidence in him and his office staff. It's good to know that I now have an Oral Surgeon that I can count on fully.

I went to Dr. Como to have a tooth extracted. I was very nervous because I have had bad experiences with extractions in the past. The office staff were wonderful, friendly and very calming. The Dr. explained everything he was doing and kept me very calm and informed every step of the way. His professionalism and intelligence showed in every way. I would highly recommend Dr. Como and all his staff to all my family and friends. Thank you very much, Dr. Como and Receptionist Christine, you made what could have been a very uncomfortable experience into a very pleasant one.

Dr Como is just amazing. I called him on a Saturday night around 10:45pm for an emergency my mother had. He met me at his office 15 minutes later and he stayed until 1am to finish. His professionalism and knowledge are indisputable. The quality of his work is phenomenal and the respectful way he treats his patients simply left me speechless. I just can't thank him enough for all his help!

I was initially scared to have 3 wisdom teeth extracted, but Dr. Como and the staff were excellent! I felt so comfortable, the office was clean and well kept, and i even got a follow up call to see how I was doing. I would absolutely recommend the office!
