Took the family to this park last Sunday at 9:00 am. It was a horrible mess; garbage piled high and spread throughout the park, homeless folks peeing near a monument, some shady people parked in car, possibly selling drugs. 

The best part was the beautiful water but sadly the sign says not to drink or come into contact due to sewage runoff. Seriously the saddest park experience I have ever had.

Not bad to go fishing in town. We are from out of  state so it was a nice little place to take my boys. Plenty of parking. The bad. Homles people sitting in there vehicle.

Nice place to take a walk by the river. Will be nice when they finish what they are doing by the old YMCA.
