The owner gave me an estimate for a deck project in July that I hoped to complete before my son's Thanksgiving visit. At that time I was told it would be 3 - 4 weeks out. The owner kept pushing back the date for completion, finally scheduling me for November 1. I confirmed the date by email several days prior to Nov.1. 
The owner did not show up, I got no answer from his cell or landline. Later I discovered an email by the owner, sent at At 6 p.m. on the 31st, cancelling. Ben had done some repair work that was good before, so I trusted him - not anymore.
