Story

Island Taste is a full service restaurant lounge founded by Desmond Bent and Claudia Leon. Located in Rosedale Queens, NY Island Taste mission is to service our customers by bringing an upscale flavor to Rosedale for their guest to come and enjoy. We strive to bring them best quality seafood cuisine mixed with our savory carribbean flavor, great hospitality, and atmosphere along with, great entertainment such as live band, karaoke, comedy and DJs on weekend

Known for our mash yam and great seafood we at island taste takes pride in providing our customers with the best caribbean inspired seafood dishes. We are not the tradition caribbean restaurant all our dishes are cooked to order and served with beautiful presentation
