I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted by Erin. They look amazing! And the cost was very reasonable. Erin is very friendly and professional. I thought I was just just in for a salon treatment, but it was very relaxing. The location is very clean and calming. I look forward to going back for more services.

Everyone was extremely helpful. So many sales reps asked how they could help me find anything I needed. The store has very good quality products. I love Ace.

Do you love getting kicked while you're down? Do you love being taken advantage of? Do you hate customer service? Do you hate America and those that fight for our country? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you'll love shopping at Island's Ace. Ace recently created a policy to hurt those impacted by hurricane Irma while lining their greedy pockets by implementing a no return policy on hurricane related items. Thanks for helping out your local community, Ace! Their customer service is... wait, they don't have any. Their prices are twice what you'll pay at Home Depot and the selection is a tiny fraction as well. Did I mention Ace doesn't support discounts for military veterans? Save your time, money, and pride in our country and shop somewhere (anywhere) else.

If you need anything,  try to find Wes. He knows practically everything.  I love Ace hardware,  the employees try to help you instead of run from you like at the giant place with the orange logo!

This store sucks!!! I bought items from their camping section and I wanted to return them but because I bought them before the storm they are considered storm items.so I'm not allow to return the items...yet if the items were bought any other time of year it would be allowed to be returned. Lousy customer service....when it should matter the most...
