Very busy chain restaurant. Mostly burgers and tacos. Some salads and soup. Casual feel. Friendly and helpful staff. Well prepared food. The building is well maintained and clean. Limited area to wait for a table. Adequate parking.

Great service and food is okay, but they have country music playing? At a Hawaiian burger restaurant? I feel like they completely took the vibe and intention of the restaurants brand away. And it shows in the food as well

This is our second time at the chino location. We are not pleased with our service there. They openly express not wanting to help us. But it was my daughters birthday so i gave it a try anyway because she picked the place. But never again, we will just have to drive further out when we are going to Island

The staff is great and the manager was great. His leadership shines through accommodating all his customers 💜 excellent service every single time!

My whole office came here yesterday we had a party that filled 3 huge tables. Everyone from who I talked too that got a burger was not feeling well after. The bathrooms were booked the rest of the afternoon at work. No one got full blown sick, but something was wrong for sure. I myself had to drink water the whole rest of the day as the chips and burgers were so salty. Nothing tasted good and took asking 3 different people to get a signal refill. My advise don't even bother coming here. This location is off, we came last year for a group lunch too and everything to even the fries were super dry.
