Dispatch said 10 to 15 minutes, almost 2 hours later still no cab so I called another cab and got to where I needed to be, when one finally showed up the driver basically ended up waking up everybody in my house by slamming on the door and Obnoxiously ringing the doorbell. I highly suggest against them especially in nasty weather.  If I could give them half a star would.

I had been cycling over 70 miles when I got a horrible cramp. I was still over 25 miles from my car and had no options getting back to my car. I called EDM and the operator was  extremely helpful, reassured me the driver would be there within 20 minutes and they would text me when he arrived.. The driver should up right on time, and quickly got me to my car  about 30 minutes away.  The car did smell of smoke but the driver and operator and their service was perfect and I am very appreciative, especially in light of the emergency. THANKS!

Been on a round trip 3 times with them scheduled by Logisticare. Every time they've been late.  I have a back injury and they speed like crazy because they were late and once I lost my appointment and had to wait and extra hour for them to pick me up. 2 of the cars have been extremely dirty and smelled like cigarette.
Avoid their service!

I attempted to give them business I'm new in town they had nothing in the Riverhead area Here in Riverhead looking for transportation call Riverhead taxi they're the only ones even wanting to pick me up
