Great little history Museum and park with trails portage for canoeing and kayaking. The Will County park office here reserves picnic rental and you get your dog park passes here.

No original artifacts here but does give a good feel of the time this area was important in the fur trade.

I was proud to show my friend from Darien, IL what you had to offer.  We enjoyed walking the trails, and having a picnic lunch, as well as touring the museum.  We'll be back
