In the QC area, this is unquestionably the best *casino* ( I can't comment on either the restaurant or hotel).  My wife played at all 3 area casinos and money lasted by far the longest at the Isle (we even left "up" one night).  The machine mix is excellent, albeit small, and the facility itself generally well done.  My only real complaints are:  smoking is allowed and the number of machines is small relative to other casinos farther afield.  For the QC area, though - unquestionably your best option.

The suites are very nice and homey. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I had super good luck on the slot machines! I'll definitely go back.

I feel free! Love the Isle, better than Vegas as far as I am concerned. Rooms are amazing, just stay to the even numbered rooms in the North Tower and try to get a river view in the South Tower if possible. 
They take care of me so well! The comps are AMAZING and no matter what I need, no matter what time of day or night, all I have to do is ask. The place has amazing staff, and just a few things need tweaking: luggage carts available at check-in and at both doors of each tower, laundry facilities for when I didn't pack enough clothes because I decided to extend my stay so I could gamble more (you want me to stay and gamble, right? Clean underwear is a must!  lol), and need to have food available all night long (just a snack bar would be PERFECT.) 
Notwithstanding, the ISLE is hands-down my most favorite get-away in the tri-state area!

Best all you can eat buffet in Iowa hands down.  Me and family went there for Thanksgiving the slow Roasted turkey was juicy, seasoned perfectly and I couldn't believe it! Turkey? At a fast food joint? Delicious!

Oh man their buffet is the best. There's another casino hotel (Rhythm City) that I go to and they are good. Although, I have to pick Isle Casino as the best compared to the Rhythm City. I frequently come to Isle with my parents and I gotta say everything about Isle is 10/10 lol
