Everyone who works there is genuinely friendly and welcoming - from the reception staff to the service folks you just pass in the hallway. You always get a hello and a smile. It’s a beautifully designed space: a modern, sleek take on the traditional tribal architecture and the gorgeous colors of the desert. 4 out of 5 stars because for a 5-star resort, the rooms should be more perfectly maintained. For example, hard water stains and not quite clean corners take away from the beautifully designed and appointed bathrooms. Having said that, still a great weekend getaway.

Nice updated casino especially after the recent renovations. Slots tend to be super tight. As for the tables, some dealers are more personable than others, and some are oddly particular about hand movements. The snack bar is great for something quick and the small restaurant on the floor has some great food with big portions. The bar in the center has been hit or miss some days great service from tenders that seem to enjoy their jobs and other days you're lucky if you can get a beer in under 10 minutes. The bar in the back (can not remember it's name) had horrible service the one time I tried going in there. Myself and two of my friends were overnight guests that just wanted A Drink before heading up to the room, the server/bartender waiting on two tables on either side of us and never even acknowledged we were there. We left and went to the center bar and had a great time that night despite the way it started.

Had some time to kill and stopped by on a whim. Lovely space, looks very new. Walked around the property, checked out the spa and pool - lovely! Stayed for lunch at Tiwa. Food and service were both very good. Will definitely plan a trip back!

I love going its worth it. Spacious seating bar food hotel etc. Very helpful if needed just ask.. Love the food and desserts free drinks. Must see for yourself..

I went with my sister to celebrate her birthday and was very excited to play Bingo here for the first time in a long time. When we arrived there, I received a Discerning welcome, and a very impolite cashier assisted me with my bingo package, to which I immediately dismissed it and decided maybe they were having a bad day. So I went to the next cashier who was very upbeat and friendly. As the night went on, even the Bingo vendors seem to have a very bad attitude. I had won bingo, and was so embarrassed due to them stopping the entire Bingo to check my machine, my receipt, my ID, and made a bad impression to the people around me, like I was cheating. I was so upset I told them to just keep the money, at which point the interrogation stopped, and I assume they were embarrassed enough for embarrassing me. I don't believe I have ever been so humiliated in my life. I've always considered myself a somewhat responsible individual and give to my community and yet I felt as though they had turned me into some kind of criminal.I haven't been here in a long time and I will say that won't ever return again.
