Busy depending upon when you go, they are 24 hours which is great and they have good rates for their machines.  They have TV's on the news so thay you can be occupied while you are waiting. They need to do better at washing out the inside of the rubber of the front of the washers and wash out the inside of detergent/softener tray as the last time I went I had to wipe out hair and rice that was left from someone who used the machine before.  And pull out the detergent trays and clean the inside as there was buildup of old detergent.  I don't know how often they clean but that's what they could improve on.  For the most part this place is great to do laundry and the staff are nice and helpful when they are there.

Excellent place and great service and price! Wow! are they busy! My first experience with their wash and fold service. My friend in the building recommend them and for this busy gal its a godsend!

Love their wash and fold service as a mom who works full time while having no laundry on my apartment, these guys have been a god send.

Staff is helpful. Plenty of washing machines and dryers. Coin change machine available inside.
