Really disappointed on how I am always made to feel when I ask for coffin shaped nails. Only by the guy in the first chair.  I prefer longer nails, so I get coffin shaped because I think the style looks better. On multiple occasions he gets very passive aggressive with me, and also makes me feel like it's the first time getting my nails done(I have been going to this specific location every 2 weeks for the last 3 years) by the way he talks to me. I left today with the style he wanted to do, and still charged extra for a shape I didn't receive. I am happy I am moving out of town and get to find a new nail salon.

Got a manicure and reg. color that looked like my 4 yo niece did it! Cuticles not cut back enough, "squared" nails were uneven, didn't cover the whole nail w clear coat, or cap them for that matter so, I'll have to touch them up at home. Not even worth the $20.

Only nice thing was not waiting for a seat.  But I had to sit there while the youngest girl would stop and text with someone.  I pay less for the same service in Seattle.  Not even with one star

I was offered callus cream for my heels at $5 additional during my pedicure and when my refused it they gave me a very poor pedicure they were unhappy with me. I've never been charged for that at any other salon and just because I choose not to have a service I should not be given poor service

They did a great job and we're very friendly.  Fair prices too
