DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GOOD SPEECH GIVING, CLUELESS ASS MECHANIC!!!!This is the worst place ever to go to!!!! Issac the owner gave a good speech about how he is a certified mechanic and he's not like other ppl who just tell you stuff to get your service. He lied!! I dropped my 2012 Malibu off to get a water pump replaced. He had no other cars there and told me it would only take a couple hours. 7 hours later he still was not done. Very rude!! Told me he was stuck and didnt know how to fix it but was the one that convinced me that he knew how to fix my car. Told me to come watch him since i was getting inpatient with the wait time. I get out there he tells me to get off his property and that i was intimidating to him and so i called the police to come settle the manner....

Isaac took care of the problem my ford freestyle had, no issues after that will bring my cars here from now on great and honest service.

Do not take your car to Isaac mechanic shop, like other customers has mention, Issac talks a good game, how he treats his customers fairly, but he does not, Isaac, was going to charge me close to $800.00 to fix my car, for a senor replacement,  I told him to go ahead and fix my car, this was around 5:45pm, on Wednesday, his shop closes at 6:00pm, but after checking with a chevrolet part place a sensors cost is  $59.00, I changed my mind, I called Issac  leaving him a message not to fix my car, that I was sending a tow truck around 8:15am, Thursday, morning,, Issac refuse to let the tow truck driver take my car, off his lot saying to the tow truck driver, I owed him money,, now I am really confused, because he didn't do anything to my car, other than hooking that little machine  under the steering wheel like Auto Zone, does for free, but I had to pay Issac 65.00, and me calling a  tow truck for a second time. BEWARE PEOPLE.

Worst place to get an alignment, I recently went there to get my miata aligned and got smalled talked to ease myself because I already felt unsure if this place was going to give me good service. Left my car and  got a call back an hour later. Once I got there Isaac who is the owner said that my tie rods were not good and that I needed a camber kit for my miata, that he couldn't get it straight. He obviously knows nothing about Miatas let alone alignments. He then had the nerve to show me the specs sheet after he did the alignment. Saying that it passed and that everything is good. I got in my car and it did the same thing, swerved right but even worse. Now I called him asking for a refund because I paid $50 to make my cars functionality worse which is not acceptable. He hung up. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. a real mechanic will stand by his work and not lie just to make an extra buck. No passion or knowledge with what he does. I went to town north Mazda in Richardson and got the service and answers I needed. It was worth the money and time. My cars aligned perfectly now.
