Istanbul Grill plays to all the hits of Mediterranean food and does so rather well. The food is flavorful and the prices are respective to the quality of the food. Their restaurant is well maintained and would be nice for dates or a meal with friends or family. The lunch specials are nice and it would be nice to see them extended to the weekends; same with adding a little extra bread for their cold appetizers. Just the same, Istanbul Grill is a competitive and healthy option in the many restaurants around the area.

This place was unbelievable. Pricing was great for lunch. Portions were generous, but still great quality. Fresh pita bread as well as oil and sun dried tomatoes arrives at your table upon your arrival. I got a delicious Turkish coffee to end the meal. Will definitely be going back soon

We love this restaurant! The food is beyond amazing and the lunch special is a spectacular deal. Best of all, we love the service! All staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and they remember my son each time we visit. I live in Virginia but make it a point to come here every time I'm in Orange County. Our favorite starter is the Labne. :)

One of the best Mediterranean food places in the OC.  The service was friendly and responsive.  The food was delicious and portion sizes were large.  For a party of 4 we ordered a mixed grill, vegetable stew with lamb, and hummus.  The mixed grill had chicken, steak, gyro slices and Turkish meatball skewer along with grilled veggies, pickled cabbage and rice pilaf.  Everything was tasty and well cooked. The vegetable stew with lamb was a little more mild, but still tasty with vegetal sweetness and very tender lamb.  The restaurant is located in small business looking plaza across from the Fountain Valley Costco.  The parking lot is small so parking could be an issue, but the place is worth it. Go give it a try.

I absolutely love this beautiful restaurant. The food is amazing and the people are outstanding in every way. Highly- highly recommend this wonderful Turkish restaurant.
