RASHIDAH AND ARIANA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELP ME OUT A LOT. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO WALK AROUND THE LOT TO MAKE SURE I RENTED THE RIGHT STORAGE. PLUS THEY GAVE POINTERS ON HOW TO STORE MY ITEMS WITHOUT DAMAGING IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE , AND RESPECTFUL ATMOSPHERE.

The women in the office, Ariana and Rashidah, have been very accommodating during the time my boyfriend and I have had our apartment in storage. The company has a lot of policies but ladies made understanding and obeying them a piece of cake. Doing business with istorage is more enjoyable thanks to them.

My husband and I had a small discrepancy with our storage unit. It became a little stressful but Ariana and Rashidah made us feel very comfortable. They were extremely helpful, fun, energetic, and understanding while assisting us with our issue. We greatly appreciate the wonderful service.

Ms.Ariana and Ms. Rashidah was very helpful in getting our storage unit. I was very impressed with the attention to detail they applied to the job. My father and I both agreed we enjoyed their hard work that both person administer in so we could have a Great and Hassle Free experience .
