Melissa and Joyce are terrific! They called me every month to remind me to pay so I wouldn't incur a late fee. Friendly and a joy to talk to every time I called; just awesome 👍

Horrible customer service. Lady at the front desk was rude and she seemed to be very racist against people not of a darker skin tone. She was void of all human emotion and couldn't work the computer. When asked to have the manager call me she said she didn't know when she would be in after just telling me she'd be there in a few minutes.

Great Service and very friendly people. Melisa and Mindy both worked with me to get what I needed and it made for a very smooth transaction. Both were very professional and the facility was clean and very well kept. I would HIGHLY recommend that if you are in need of some storage space don't hesitate to give Mindy or Melisa a call at iStorage. They both do their jobs very well. Thanks Again !
