I have used iStorage in PCB for many years for both personal and business. The team at iStorage is extremely helpful and the facilities are top notch. Debra and her team were awesome to work with and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, safe and convenient storage unit.

Unsafe incompetent scam Liar so called business. Istorage website offers you a free month then when you get there Debra says there was an error and your reservation was canceled. How can you have a reservation with this company? They will scam you and you get nothing. She wasn't even in the office during posted business hours. I had to wait for her to show up from somewhere driving up the main street and it was middle of afternoon. Avoid this scam place!

Great management and great service.  The manager, Debra, and the other lady are very courteous and accommodating; making my moving experience hassle free.  I go by my unit weekly or more and the grounds are always clean.

This is my second time around with Top Shelf. I have used storage spaces for years in several different states. I never fill out surveys or write reviews...good or bad. I am taking the time to do this review because I really have never seen a storage that even compares.  Debra is great to work with! The units have maintained their cleanliness over the 4 years I have been using them. The billing is easy! If my things can't be at my home this is the next best place! Its just a "Top Shelf" experience all the way around. I am a Realtor in PCB and I always recommend TS....why would anyone go anywhere else!!!! You guys are great! Keep up the good work.
