Outstanding customer service.  Our nursing home had a large electric boiler that was down, and the IT Landes commercial service team quickly got 2 technicians to our site.  The techs quickly got the leak stopped, pulled out the bad heating element, and replaced it with a spare element we had on site.  Thank you!

I gave this company ample opportunity to speak to me about a problem that I had and on Friday when a service technician came to my townhouse to fix my landlord's humidifier.  The technician fixed the humidifier in the room where my cats litter boxes were and shut the door so the cats were shut out for the ENTIRE DAY.  I came home to cat feces and pee all over my house.  I called right away and got their answering service (after being on hold for 7 minutes to leave a message).  Monday morning came and went and I never heard back from a manager.  I called at 1230pm and it took me 15 minutes of being on hold to speak to Manager Brett, who apologized but said he would speak to another manager and get back to me.  It is now 440pm and they are closed again with no phone call.  Please do not use this company.  They do NOT CARE about you, your pets, or what they do to your house.  I will tell my landlord to never have them back.  They are the WORST in customer service.

Great company; great service. 
My new Mitsubishi HVAC system was not pumping out enough
heat.  Mark came and spent over three hours investigating and
fixing it.  It turned out to be an inoperable damper switch.
He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.  Best of
all he fixed it.
I have constantly been pleased with the Landis technicians.

Jordan was very professional, fixed the humidifier issue quickly and also provided other tips for ongoing maintenance. He was on time too! Wow! what a great way to start the day. Thank you!
