I went to the location in Cordele, GA to process a return exchange on a pair of shoes that I purchased. I was denied my right to their policy of returning the item because she said I had worn the shoes. Of course I had to try the shoe on to determione if I could fit them or not, never the less she stated because I had tried them on I could not return them. I advised her I had never worn the shoes. She told me I should have wipred them off and then she would have returned them. I went on to tell her there was no need for me to wipe them off because the dirt that was on there was not due to me wearing them. I had just purchased the shoes and tried them on in the car. Also the nasty representative told me to give them as a gift, which I think was rude since I had purchased them for myself and if she thought I had worn them why would I want to give them as a gift to someone else......don't buy shoes from this location unless your sure you can fit them.
