Unsatisfied!  I purchased the body wraps and supplements from a very loyal, honest friend of mine.  I do not blame her at all, because I believe that the wraps do work for some people.  I, on the other hand, received no positive results.  My biggest complaint, however, is the customer service.  After I had no results the first three times, I opted to cancel my orders and request a refund for the unused/unopened products.  My emails were never responded to.  I finally called and spoke to a representative who assured me if I sent the products back, they would refund me.  It has been 4 weeks and I have received no refund.  I called today, after being on hold for 15 minutes, stating I was next in line, I was forwarded to a vmail.  I'm pretty sure I'll never see that $120 again!

This is actually a direct sales company, not pyramid.  If you don't won't to buy the product, then don't.
