I liked the food I received! It is different from other Caribbean foods I have had. My sisters also enjoyed their food. We also liked their mango juice!  I definitely recommend this establishment!!!  Vegetarian options: All vegan items!

I’m not sure why, but I didn’t love this place like everyone else seems to! I thought the portion size was great, but the dishes available on the day I went didn’t feel as fresh or quite as flavourful as I was expecting.  I may have to give Ital Vital another chance and see if my opinion changes because I really wanted to love this place. However, the hot sauce was great and really helped, I recommend getting it if you can handle heat. Also, the small plate is more than enough food for most people, and comes at a great price.

Got a drumsticks combo and a small veggie plate. It was unbelievably good. I can’t wait to go back. The drumsticks have an amazing flavour. The fries were delicious and crispy. The small plate was the perfect portion size for me. I chose a few of the different stews on a base of noodles. I would 100% eat this exact same order again. I would like to try some of their fresh juice next time as well. It looked really good. This place is the real deal. Good vibes, amazing food. What more could you ask for?! Thank you on behalf of vegetarians everywhere.

We have been wanting to try this restaurant out for years. We first tried Ital Vitals food at Veg Fest and the Yoga show many years ago....everything we tried at both shows were amazing.  We finally went last weekend and were not disappointed. Everything was fresh and delicious. We got 2 small combos and got to try the chick peas, cauliflower, cabbage, pumpkin, bbq ribs and roti. Everything was so good, I especially loved the pumpkin. I can't wait to try some of the other food they serve.  We didn't realize it was take out only so by the time we got the food home it was kinda cold. Even with it kinda cold everything still tasted amazing.  If you go when the weather is good, they have a cute little spot to eat outside in the front of the restaurant with a couple of tables.  The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant had great vibes and was very clean. If we lived closer, we would be regular customers going there all the time. Can't wait for our next visit.

What else can I say? This is the best Carribean restaurant I ever eat at. When I walked in, the nice lady at the front was very friendly and to the point, and the service was great. The food was delicious and nutritious with many spices and herbs. Overall a 5 star restaurant because it's quick and convenient.Food: 5/5

Ital Vital is an absolute must! I had them cater for an event and am beyond happy with how it went! The food was so amazing! We had so many delicious options and everyone loved it. The plant-based bbq spare rib was a crowd favourite! The chef and owner, Arnold, is so kind and generous. The customer service experience was incredible. It was such a pleasure having Ital Vital cater to us and I can’t wait to call them back soon!

The food was delicious, but I wish we had tables to sit and enjoy. Eating in the car in cold-December was not so good. But the food warmed us up nicely.Food: 5/5
