I was visiting with family and me and my kids wanted to eat pizza so we tried at Italian dream pizza…It was soo delicious pizza ever mouthwatering pizza  really excellent pizza in town

This place does delivery, and it's always quick, hot, and delicious. I love the fried ravioli!

This is one of our go to places here in the St. Charles/Geneva area.  Great prices with great coupons, which they always honor.  We have never had the pizza delivered, but they always seem to give us an appropriate pick up time when we do pick up. Very friendly staff and did I mention the sizes of the pizzas? For the price these guys are hard to beat.

First time ordering from this place and the customer service was horrendous. I asked for the total and asked him to explain it to me and his respond was “are you going to order the food or not I’m busy” The only reason I kept the order was for my resident were I work because I wanted to do something nice for them. But I will never order from this place. They are extremely rude and they don’t know how to talk to people. I don’t care how busy you are, you don’t talk to people like that. Like I said never again. You have lost my business.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered pizza and waited an hour and 45 minutes just for them to cancel the order and told me they “dont care”   There’s 100 pizza places in the area I highly suggest you give your money to someone that earns it.  Not this guy.

I've been buying my family pizza there for 17 years.  So tonight my wife called and ordered 2 pizzas and asked for their free medium that comes via coupon.   They refused coupon because the gentleman on the phone didn't order the pizza size that qualified.  However we ordered 2.  The manager adjusted order and charged me $12 extra.   For $12 they have lost a 17 year customer.  It's the point of it  Congrats

Terrible experience, ordered a pizza through grub hub, the owner confirmed my order and marked it as it was being delivered but never sent out a pizza. Wouldn't recommend this place for late night pizza deliveries, go to sarpinos instead.

Read the reviews beforehand and figured they can't really mess up every order and unfortunately they do. Will not be coming back with so many other options in the area that will actually give you what you order.

Grossly overpriced and bad quality pizza. Not sure how they are still open.

We've tried many other pizza places around, but Italian Dreams is one we consistently come back to. Definitely a favorite.
