Ordered pizza online for delivery on Sunday, today, at 5:50. Received an email confirmation at 5:55 that our order would be delivered around 7:00. Called multiple times checking on the order and never received an answer. Assume they are closed ??? However still accepting orders online ??? Incredibly disappointing and we will not be eating dinner until 9:00 now, obviously from somewhere else. One would think in this day and age that Online orders would not be accepted if the location is not open. Wonder what would have happened had I paid by credit card?

I have eaten IVP before at a location in the south hills, they have great food and this location was no different, pizza and garlic knots were delicious. When we arrived there was 1 woman waiting for a to go order, it took several minutes to get our order taken, then we waited another 15-20 for our food, it took a while for them to make it since you can see them make the pizzas. I was most bothered that there were 3 people working but only 1 was actually working, he ran around and kept things going while the others walked around.

Ordered 2 calzones for pickup. After arriving back home I cut them open and both were incorrect. One order was for meatballs, pepperoni, extra cheese and hot peppers. I received tomatoes, olives, bacon, and no cheese. After a 5 minutes phone conversation, the young man on the phone struggled to understand and address the simple return I wanted to make. He also asked if I was sure the calzones were wrong. He offered no apology, and no options to make it right. Upon returning to the store I was unpleasantly greeted by one of the most miserable human beings I've ever encountered. I was again asked if I was sure the order was wrong. I told him, for the second time, yes. He told me the order was not wrong and it matched the slip. I told him to go ahead and look at the slip (which is what I ordered) and then at the product. He replied "Oh no no, I believe you" and proceeded to inspect the calzones. At that point all I wanted was my money back. Another person came out to process the return and the miserable man interrupted him multiple times while he took my information. Place was empty and there are plenty of other terrible reviews on here, so I'd imagine this place will be out of business soon! Good riddance.

I enjoy the food here, particularly the lunch special, 2 one topping slices and a drink for 5.99 - can't beat the price, and the food is good. The staff is usually pretty good. My biggest issue is that it's always uncomfortably cold inside. I would eat lunch here more often if it wasn't so uncomfortable inside. To me, the uncomfortable atmosphere is the difference between 3 and 4 stars, but don't let that stop you from ordering take out.
