I would leave a minus 1 if I could.  My niece stayed here with her family.  Only stay if you bring your own porta-potty.  They did not know you could not flush toilet paper - the place flooded and the owner made them clean up the mess themselves!  Really!?!  Who does that.  If you are reading this and you are the owner - sell to someone who cares about their property and understands customer service.  Shame on you!!!

I have never stayed hear, but have family that live behind the motel. All we see their are less than favourable people . Fresh out of jail, like pedafiles, and etc. The place is a run down hole and needs to be shut down. I don't understand why the city allowes this place to stay in operation. Owner is rude and doesn't care about anything ectept filling his pocket with money that the tax payers pay for with all these cons in and out of the place. Must be some kind of 2nd chance program that the tax payers of Gratiot county are paying for and are unaware. This pace gets a -5 star.

This is the wrost place to stay ever and i am always in a motel when I am on the road working
