My wife and I don't get a lot of dry cleaning done. Maybe 6 times a year. With that mentioned, I've been going here since for at least 7 years and have never had a problem. I don't need a friendly smile or pleasant conversation. I just want good work, and that's what they do. They even opened the door half an hour after closing time once to let me pick up my clothes.

First, let's start with the VERY false advertisement. "Same day service, In by 9 out by 5" HUGE LIE. I took my items in at 9am on a Monday she told me they would be ready the next day, at 5. When dropping off my items, the lady was on her personal phone and then asked me if I wanted starch on a pair of jeans. I specifically told her NO. I return to pick up my things and guess what.. STARCH ON THE JEANS. She clearly was NOT paying attention to what she asked me and what my reply was. Ivory Cleaners lost my business with them.

The guy was So rude oh my. I arrived at 9 and was told I couldn't have my uniform until the next day even though I confirmed by telephone if I could have it the same day as long as I arrived by 9. Wasted my time and gas.

We've been taking our clothes there for 11 years, and never had a problem.  They are fast, friendly and excellent.

BEWARE!!!TERRIBLE!!THEY BROKE BUTTONS ON ALL MY SHIRTS! CALLED TO TELL THEM, AND THEY GOT ANGRY WITH ME.
