If you are looking for a great night out with friends, this is definitely not a place to go. I went there with a bunch of friends on Halloween weekend and they made us wait in freezing weather for almost an hour. The bouncers wouldn't let anyone in, despite plenty of people leaving the club. We ended up leaving since it was ridiculous. The bouncers are super rude and ignorant (one of them asked us to pay $20 each on top of the cover charge to let us in!). Also service is horrible, so save your time and money and go anywhere else!

Booked a reservation online, website said “got your request, will call you to confirm”. No call back. Called them later, said they would try to fit us in and offered a complimentary bottle of proseco. Showed up tonight and they said “pay a cover charge, no complimentary drinks, have a nice night”. Bunch of a**es!! Good luck with your business.

Had mothers day brunch party of 7 including a child. Service was so slow and we felt like we were interrupting the server. 15 minutes before we even were offered water. By the time the server came back to get our drink order we threw the app and main order at him to save time. Food was nice, atmosphere was great but would I drop $$$ here again? Nope. There are other venues that are thrilled to take my cash. Ivy, step it up, your location changes hands that often if you aren't going to stand out in a positive way, you won't last here.

Beware! There is a cover charge of $10 to eat after 10 p.m.!! Despite the fact that I was part of a group of 15-17 individuals and was the last to arrive, they refused entry. They do not accept cards for said entry. Cash please! forget the please, the staff was unfriendly and inflexible. I ordered the fish tacos, was so bland I had to smother it with the one single piece of jalapeno that came with it to get some flavor. The fish fillet at McDonald's taste way better! To top the night off, the waitress made sure to point out that ONLY 15% was included on the bill, guess she wanted to make sure that she got the other 5% despite the fact that she forgot to place one slice of lemon in the water I begged her for. Would never go back!

Services lacked and food was under cooked. I Booked a large group for a birthday party. Upon booking the reservations I was told that the group had to be there by 7 in order to provide enough time to eat, and move us to a new seat as the one we would be placed at would be becoming the dance floor at 10 PM. Unfortunately last minute some of my guests where unable to come and some arrived late being as it was a Friday evening and people were coming from work. This seemed to anger the staff. The staff just stood by the bar and forced us to serve ourselves when it came to drinks. The server was very ignorant when she did come around to serve us and acted as if we were a problem to her. I even had one of my guests ask me if they had done something to upset our server due to the attitude she was receiving from her. The food came out quickly and under cooked. This made one of my guest sick and they had to rush home early and spent the rest of their night sick. After rushing us out of our seats as we were told they needed to make a dance floor by 10 PM, the tables remained in the same position for another hour. My guests had to be rushed for no reason. Ivy is a very fun, laid back atmosphere for adults to go to and avoid the rush of younger people on a Friday night. Although the atmosphere is great, the service is slacking which makes for an unpleasant visit.
