Who needs to go to the city for a great stylish boutique? This place has some amazing clothes and cool housewares. I have gotten all my girlfriend's gifts here for the past year! Thanks! The staff is always helpful and know what they're talking about!

Fantastic selection. Rivals anything in Chicago, but much better prices. Owner really knows her brands too, didn't need to try on 100 things.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Made a purchase through Shop Boutique online. Was so excited to receive my trendy little blue military style jacket. However, the day that it arrived, I tried it on. It was a little big and one of the buttons popped off when trying to undue it. I immediately repackaged the item including the button and all tags attached and started a return. Upon receipt of the package the Owner denied me a refund because she claimed the button had not been included. Regardless if the button was or wasn't in the package, I was unhappy with the purchase, the item was returned unworn, all tags still attached, I was entitled to a full refund. Unless you are in the store and have fully checked the item you are buying DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE ----- if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason it is VERY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will continue to shop at SHOPBOUTIQUE BUT NEVER FROM THIS BOUTIQUE OWNER!
