Only restaurant in town and only open half the year.  Pricey for the food but then again in the middle of rural Montana - the costs of getting that food in town is worth the price... They closed down for the season during the week I was staying.  But they did a final night party by offering 50% off all drinks.  I just wish they stayed open for the fall anglers who are the ones still on the water...

Really nice experience. Better than average food. Nice service. Talked with the Chef and owner. Character and nice guy with a great story. Nice bar, drinks and bar menu. Considering this is basically in the middle of nowhere and is just catering to the fishing crowd. The place was great. As for a post someone posted about "not spitting the bill up for their table of 14 !"....I'd say the problem is the posters and not the restaurant. Who in the world would ever go into a restaurant and ask for, much less expect a waiter to divide up a bill individually like that ? That in itself is just a rude and totally thoughtful thing to ask or expect. What a cheap group to expect such a thing

Cozy little dive right on the bank of the Missouri.  Friendly staff with a full bar and outstanding menu.  If you've come to float, fish, or just passing through, don't pass this place up.

Good lawd!!!!  This place is fantastic!!  Everything I've eaten here has been a-ma-ZING!  Best time to come here is on a non-holiday week night.  Order something you've never eaten before and you will not regret it.

Never bring a group here. They do not split up the check so if you have 14 people you have to split it yourself and they will not allow 3  credit cards per table so another problem when you have a large group. The food was ok but  not out of this world but ok. The management was argumentative over the check issue making the experience even less enjoyable. There  is a 18% automatic tip included in the group check yet they can't help split the check per person and  I had to case them down to pay the bill. Never bring a group here
