This place is a lot of fun, especially with the younger crowd. The food was very good quality, fresh, tasty, and the staff was polite and attentive. Izumi features the typical Hibachi and sushi menu with prices that are average and very straightforward. The Hibachi cooks are very talented and entertaining to watch. The decor is also fun - lots of accent lighting and fountains. This restaurant is popular for birthday dinners and they also have a separate party room.

I can only rate for when I sit and it around lunch time. The place is clean, waiters and waitresses are accommodating. They will even take your order ahead and have a table waiting for you. Just make the call. I recommend.

The food here is actually great! Unfortunately the servers aren’t the best. Our chef was amazing! He was fun and entertaining. Since he actually cooked our food we gave him the tip directly. However, the servers basically watched us waiting for us to get up literally standing in the room watching us! Then when we left, a manager had the nerve to stop us while we were leaving to ask if we left a tip! Our group definitely left a tip however being asked if we did was inappropriate. If it wasn’t for the servers this this place would get 5 stars. They really need customer service training.

Great quality frwsh tasting fish, with a Bar and seating area. It seems like a nice and quiet, seemed family run place. Once you walk through the door the interior of the place is immediately more impressive than outside. Service is good as well.

Izumi hosted Squadron 10 of the Civil Air Patrol Christmas party last night. We all had an amazing time. They were respectful during the color guards presentation and allowed us to plug in a mocrophone for the speeches and a screen for a 10 min video presentation. The food was amazing! Our hibachi chef, Wasabi, which i don't think is his real name, was hilarious, entertaining and talented with his juggling and food tossing. All the cadets had a great time and my son and I discussed going back soon, just the two of us.
