One of the J.A. Kilby crews completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel at my home. The price was very reasonable. They were not the lowest quote that i received but sometimes the lowest quote is bad and you get what you pay for. They had all repairs completed in 3 days. Which included moving my kitchen sink and install cabinets and microwave and gas line for my stove. Install  new flooring, new drywall, electrical fuse box to beakers, framing to convert from just a bathtub to a bathtub/shower combo where a wall needed to be added and shower doors added. On top of all those repairs they cut off and capped some gas lines for me at no charge. Randy and his crew were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves.  There was one issue with the tub drain leaking. I called them up and the same day they sent over someone who crawled under the house and repaired the drain .  It only took him 20 minutes and the job was complete and I was very with the response. I would recommend them as a contractor and will be using them again in the near future.

Professional group and very experienced in all trades. If your looking for a company with A-1 quality then call J.A.Kilby.  My project was completed on a reasonable time span.

I only gave one star because they showed up when promised to look at siding repair.  Jason Kilby came out,  very nice guy looked at my issue and a few other things and told me he'd get back to me with an estimate.  After one week and not hearing anything back (mind you the other estimates I received I had in a day) I called and left a message with no response.  The second week I sent an email and again received no response.  I even said to him if you decided not to do it please just let me know  and I never heard a thing.  Very poor customer service which is a huge red flag.!!

I called with an issue with my appliance, the appliance repair man said that I needed to have an electrician out immediately. I spoke with J.A. Kilby and talked to someone about scheduling service and even asked them if there was a service fee just for coming out and was told no. Long story short, the guy was there for 5 minutes and it ended up that there was a switch that just needed to be turned on (Embarrassing, I know). Low and behold they said they had to charge a service fee of $45 for coming out.  If they are dishonest about this and charge $45 to flip a switch imagine how bad it could be if they actually did work for you. They also did not return my phone calls or email after the visit. Stay away from this dishonest company.
